Course Overview
Anxiety disorders are among the most prevalent mental health conditions, affecting individuals’ thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall functioning. Left unaddressed, anxiety can significantly impair personal, academic, and professional life.
This short CPD course equips counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals with practical skills and evidence-based approaches to assess, understand, and support clients experiencing anxiety.
