This short CPD course equips counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals with practical, evidence-based techniques to assess and manage anger in clients. Participants will explore cognitive-behavioral strategies, relaxation techniques, assertiveness training, and conflict resolution approaches.
Through interactive exercises, case studies, and role-play, participants will learn to help clients recognize triggers, regulate emotional responses, and develop healthier coping strategies, promoting personal and interpersonal growth.
