About Course

This CPD training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize early signs of mental health challenges and provide immediate, appropriate support before professional help is accessed.

The course focuses on common mental health conditions, crisis response, communication skills, and ethical boundaries in providing first-line support. Participants will learn how to respond confidently to individuals experiencing distress while maintaining safety, empathy, and professionalism.

It was educative
Yes. I am passionate about this course because of most of friends and family members had issues with mental health. I am also a member of Global Teen challenge USA where adults and youths get intoxicated using drugs. Watching them go through mental health issues gives me concern hence my desire to really how to manage patients with mental health issues.
