About Course

This CPD training explores essential mental health support skills required in contemporary counselling and therapeutic practice. The course focuses on how mental health practitioners can provide effective emotional support, psychological stabilization, therapeutic presence, and early intervention for clients experiencing emotional and psychological distress.
