Q: Can I apply if I don’t have a counselling degree?
A: Yes,many non-clinical roles welcome adjacent skills. For clinical positions, recognized counselling qualifications are required.
Q: Do you hire remote employees?
A: Some roles are hybrid or remote-ready, role listing will state this.
Q: How long until I hear back?
A: After a role closes, shortlisted candidates are usually contacted within 10 working days.
