Sunny Ukpai is a seasoned professional with a rare blend of engineering, management, leadership, and counselling expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

With over 35 years of post-qualification experience, Engr. Ukpai has built an outstanding career largely within the oil and gas industry, where he successfully executed and managed multi-million-dollar projects for both international and indigenous oil and gas companies.

His professional journey spans operational, strategic, and top-level management roles, reflecting a strong capacity for leadership, governance, and organizational development. He is a certified professional engineer and project manager.

Driven by a deep passion for helping individuals resolve life challenges and attain personal fulfilment, Engr. Ukpai transitioned into the counselling profession. He obtained a Certificate in Counselling and an Advanced Certificate in Counselling from the Chartered Institute of Counselling,  Nigeria, equipping him with practical and theoretical competencies in professional counselling practice.
Engr. Ukpai is a multiple leadership award recipient across various organizations he has served. He is an active leader in the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International and holds leadership responsibilities within his church community. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence, service, mentorship, and the holistic development of individuals
and institutions.
